19 Year old New Comer Kat Deluna released her debut album "9 Lives" last week. First of all, The introduction to the album set the wrong tone for me. Before actually listening to the album I kinda of knew the things I would hear, and her introduction was way to dramatic because It isnt all that. My favorite song off the album is a song called "Animal", Its very latin agreesive I would say. I guess I like it because its something fresh and new. Its nothing I would recommend for a single or anything becuase the song isnt really radio friendly, but I think latino's would appreciate the song. "Enjoy Saying Goodbye" is another one of my favorites from the album, I love the range she shows in the introduction of the song. She actually does that alot, maybe she thinks she has to prove that she can sing. "Love Me, Leave Me" is a song that I could see doing really good on radio, It has that mainstream vibe to it. The music is very Rihanna "Unfaithful" like, If Epic was a smart label (which they arnt) they would release this. "Am I Dreaming" is the second single from the album, and Kat already shot the video for it, I dont really know how this one will do, I guess its an okay choice in a way but I dont know how people would take her. Overall the album is Okay, way better than I expected.
